- Upper Body and Core Strength Training:  A sensible strength training program for adults who are active
aerobically and are looking to develop or improve their upper body and core strength.  This will improve your overall
muscular and physical fitness and improve your athletic performance in running, biking, swimming and other activities.
These small group workouts (limited to 5 people in any time slot) will be targeted to adult recreational athletes with
adjustments for each person as to what they can accomplish.  This is an appropriate program for a recreational athlete who
is a novice in this area.  Even those adults experienced in strength training will be given a challenging workout and learn
improvements in technique to avoid risking injury and excessive soreness.  As with all of our programs, there is always
personal, individual attention given to the participants.  In order to accomplish this, we are limiting each session to 6
participants.  This program will be conducted at the following locations and times listed below.

Half Marathon and Marathon Program
This Summer/Fall will be the 16th edition of our uniquely designed and very successful coaching program.  Our coaching
program is intended for runners who have been running with reasonable consistency and are planning to participate in a
Half marathon, full marathon or other similar distance race in the fall of 2015.  You will enjoy training in the spirited
camaraderie of runners who have similar ability and experience and are pursuing a common goal with you.

You can start the half marathon program anytime from late June to early August depending on what race you are planning
to run this fall.  You should start at least 14 weeks from the date of your race.  For example - if your target race is in Sept,
you should aim to start by July 1.  If your target race is in Nov, you should be able to start in early August and be properly
prepared for your race.  You are encouraged to start as soon as you make the decision to run a specific race.

Pre-season Bonus Runs in the month of June.  These runs will be open to anyone who has registered for the program.
